JOIN OUR TEAM

We are actively seeking individuals to join our growing team and are currently hiring for the positions of sous chef, server and food runner. We are also looking for a dishwasher for several shifts a few nights a week.

Good candidates will be personable, have a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, have a strong attention to detail, and will be a team player.

Sous Chef

In this full-time position, you will be primarily responsible for planning and managing food preparation. You would assist the head chef and your duties would include planning menus, recording inventory, dish plating, maintaining & surpassing sanitary and safety regulations, exhibit professional kitchen standards and possess a positive attitude with the desire to learn. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required. Certifications are highly desired.

Bartender/Server

In this part-time position, you will create an intimate and high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will answer guests' questions, assist them with their choices, and provide a high level of overall customer service. We are looking for a candidate who is warm, calm under pressure, and works with urgency. Knowledge of drink and food pairings is a must. This position will require bartender and server experience as we need coverage for each position Thursday thru Monday as needed. 5+ years of bartending/serving experience required.

Food Runner

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately, as well as acting as the point of contact between front of house and back of house staff. A strong attention to detail is a must, as is a helpful nature and an outgoing personality. We are looking for a candidate with 1+ year of restaurant experience in fine dining.
