Located in West Park, New York, End Cut provides an intimate setting, in which to enjoy Chef Jordan's traditional cuisine. The menu showcases an artful blend of regionally inspired Italian and French dishes with an emphasis on simplicity & flavor. Our wine list was curated by the famed Master Sommelier Kevin Zraly. From thoughtfully selected wines to the warm hospitality, End Cut continues to set the standards for fine dining in West Park, New York.

"My wife and I along with our friends Connie and Emanuel have followed chef Jordan Schor to the new End Cut, on Rt. 9W in West Park. We had our first of many to come meals last night and it was, as expected, superb. The soup was delicious, salad wonderful, and our entrees of Jordan's famous Chicken Parmesan, the double cut pork chop with fruit glaze and branzino were perfect. Were so glad Chef Jordan has made the move to a larger restaurant, now with a full bar and his signature excellent wine list. The old Global Palette (or some will remember it as Marcel's), on Rt 9W has been been beautifully remodeled and even though it was only their second night open, the service was great and we saw many friends. Thank you Jordan, Helen , Stephan and all the staff at End Cut for a great evening."

"Such a great find! Luckily saw this place as we passed it on the way to our air bnb nearby to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We loved it so much the first night that we returned two nights later. The food is excellent and the staff, including the chef himself, are so friendly. The filet mignon was super thick and the most tender I think I've ever had - definitely get this. We also had the short ribs that are a dish of the day on Saturday - tender as well! They have really good specials and plates of the day - so check out their menu and plan accordingly!
Loved the warm bread with local ricotta and honey they bring out before the meal as well. Great drink selection and everything tasted so good. Grab a table by the fireplace and you'll have a nice romantic dinner! Will definitely return when in the area again. Thanks to all for giving us an anniversary dinner to remember!"

"Another Visit...
So on 8/8/19, I took my wife to New Paltz for a weekend away. We dined at End Cut once again and it was fantastic! After being seated, we ordered a bottle of wine and looked at the menu.
About a minute later the door to the kitchen opens and Chef Jordan comes out seeing us. He lit up with a smile and we shook hands. We chatted and told him we were up for my wife's birthday and saw our menus. He said something like...you don't need those. Now understand, this is only our second time visiting End Cut. Jordan and crew remembered us and he remembered what we loved!
Next thing we know apps are coming out, bread with honey ricotta, meatballs, and then blood orange sorbet. He remembered that my wife LOVED the duck breast and my favorite is his rack of lamb!
Everything was perfect, delicious, and flavorful. Let me tell you something, this guy can cook. Nuff said.

"The food and the hospitality were exceptional. Roasted nuts to start, the goat cheese and honey with dipping oil for the roll was delicious. My wife is gluten free she had the coconut shrimp appetizer and I had the beet salad fantastic. Then came the sorbet. Then came our entries, perfectly cooked salmon and the pork chop cooked to perfection. And then there's Chef Jordan, old school guy, he's like it was at Toot Shor's and Elaines in NYC. Excellent food and great hospitality, and a nice dining room."

My wife had the a Rack of a Lamb and I the Center-cut Pork Chop both were made to perfection and plenty to go for out next days lunch! "When you choose a town to visit based on yelp reviews your expectations are high. The End Cut did not disappoint! We just enjoyed the most delicious meal and pleasant conversation with the chef/owner of End Cut. Everything was prepared with attention to detail and every single bite was perfection. Delicious filet accompanied by melt in your mouth potatoes and crisp asparagus is definitely worth the trip! Also not to be missed are the crab cakes and rack of lamb. We think we will be back to New Paltz in the future and will find End Cut wherever they are located."

Cozy, quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. Greeted with a welcoming fireplace on a cold evening, making it feel like you were in someone's dining room. Small but eclectic menu, always a good sign that you're going to get quality food. Started with broccoli rabe meatballs which arrived in a delicious tomato sauce. My entree choice was a perfectly prepared roast duck served with the most non boring mashed potatoes ever. Definitely not run of the mill anything. Its obvious that this is a chef who truly enjoys what he's doing.

It has off road parking & an out side patio with fire pits to keep you cozy in the cooler nights.

"The "End Cut" is a newly re-opened in the former location of the "Global Palate" and "Marcel's". The restaurant was previously located in New Paltz and recently moved to West Park.
The cuisine has improved each time I've visited the End Cut over the last few years. Last weeks visit was no exception. The menu is varied with many interesting offerings from beef to chicken and seafood to vegan. Everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed their meal.
I ordered salmon which was excellent. It was served over a rice pilaf that was delicious. One friend order the steak and another roast chicken ... both very very pleased.
We arrived at 8pm and closed the restaurant leaving around 10:30pm. The chef and owner joined us at the table to chat at the end of dinner. Although at first we all declined dessert, we succumbed in the end, because we were enjoying the relaxed ambiance of the venue and the good conversation. Many restaurants try to rush you out after 90 minutes or so... it was very nice to be welcomed to spend an evening in this fine dining eatery.
It's a welcome additional to be area. Although a bit a of drive from home for me, it was well worth the effort and I'll return again soon."

"We had eaten at End Cut when they were in New Paltz. This new establishment is lovely. Very comfortable and the tables are spaced far enough apart that private conversations are possible. We loved our food. The menu is basically the same as it was in New Paltz but there are many additions and specials. I had a delicious broccolini salad and cod. My husband had crab cakes and lamb and loved them both. A fabulous cup of coffee and an apple tart were a wonderful end to a great meal."

"Finally got their last night for dinner. Atmosphere, food and service was top notch. I couldn't get over my double pork chop, was more like triple pork chop and perfectly done, so moist. Chef Jordan and his wife were excellent hosts. Back to the pork chop, had to be prepared Sous Vide? Soooo moist and delicious. "Last night I had a culinary experience like I've never had before. I felt like I entered into a movie. The little restaurant is located on a perfect little street with the cutest bookstore across the way. The food was spectacular. The mixtures of flavors unbelievable it almost made me cry lol. The fusion of French and Italian was fantastic. Everything is made from scratch even the grapefruit sorbet that comes before you main course to clean your palate. For a starter you receive bread baked on premises by the chef with his amazing ricotta with honey which is to die for. The food so fresh and all from local farms. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, french music playing in the background. The chef so down to earth and welcoming. Full of passion for food and life. An unbelievable experience. If you are ever in the area this is a must stop. You will have an unforgettable experience."

"I must say this ~ stopped in Sunday for dinner with my friend Heidi and the dinner was off the chart ~ amazing. The layer of flavors. The appetizers were perfect for a hot summer day ~ Scallops were perfect with a tasty cucumber salad... and then a Crab seviche to rock the house. We then split the Short Ribs that fell off the bone and melted with just the right taste. Well worth the go."

End Cut is without question a delicious restaurant and a gem among the many great spots to eat in the Hudson Valley. I’ve eaten dinner here with friends several times now and been consistently impressed with the freshness, quality/sourcing of ingredients, and the gourmet flavor combinations available on the menu. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been helpful and kind. It truly seems to me that any low rating on Google was either written by someone who just can’t be pleased, or by folks who have a limited working knowledge of the intricacies of running a restaurant (seating policies, changing reservations, etc) ESPECIALLY during these strange times, and therefore maintain unrealistic and self-oriented expectations about how their experience should go. I’ve got nothing but praise for the team at End Cut, and for all the fine food and drinks they serve, and I think we’re lucky to have them in our neighborhood!
